Dar-Lon Chan is an engineer who yearned for his employer, Exxon Mobil, to prepare for a non-fossil fuel future. But Exxon Mobil’s continued emphasis on carbon extraction from the earth weighed heavily on Dar-Lon’s conscience. Dar-Lon’s story is an inspiring one, and one that others are following; re-inventing themselves to create a sustainable future for their children.
