We’ve been gone for the past week, but in that time the contractor has finished up most of the interior wood trim. There’s still a little left to do and some staining, but for the most part the trim is complete.
The kitchen cabinets and counters are the last major installation to do and that won’t be done until September when the hardware arrives from Italy.
In the meantime there are a few more electrical components to complete and then washing the concrete floor and touch up drywall and painting where necessary.
We installed our CERV house conditioning system about a week ago and it has been operating along with a stand alone dehumidifier. Together they have been pulling a substantial amount of moisture out of the house. I’ll post some of the house temperature and moisture data soon.
