It’s like Christmas today as the solar system arrived and our lab is now full of boxes.\u00a0 Of course, it rained while we were unloading the equipment from the truck and lugging it up our long drive.<\/p>\n

Here is the solar system frame design.\u00a0 It is made up of galvanized steel posts and aluminum channels.\u00a0 The 40 solar panels bolt to an aluminum Unirac frame.\u00a0 The frame is long enough to add some cedar planks to trim the sides and middle of the array.\u00a0 The cedar wood should go nicely with the blue amorphous solar cells in the panels as well as match the cedar siding that will cover the house.<\/p>\n
