Now that the footer has been poured, the grade of the land must be shaped to meet building code. \u00a0This must be done and inspected before the foundation can begin. \u00a0To meet code, the slab level must be a certain height above outside grade level and the land must also slope away from the house at a specified dimension.<\/p>\n
Hopefully the grade will be completed and inspected by Wednesday allowing work to continue on the foundation.<\/p>\n
